Getting to UNC Charlotte

By Car

UNC Charlotte is located off of exit 45S on I-85, a major highway that starts in Montgomery Alabama and merges with I-95 just south of Richmond, VA.

By Train

UNC Charlotte is an 10 minute drive (~$35 taxi or ride share) from the Charlotte Amtrak Station or 40 minutes on CATs ($3), Charlotte's public transportation system. 

 

By Plane 

UNC Charlotte is a 20 minute (~ $35 taxi or ride share) drive from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, a major hub for American Airlines. Taking the CATs shuttle to the Blue line takes approximately one hour ($2.20).
